Service scope
SubReceipt provides a subscription receipt scanning and member-action tracking service. It does not cancel subscriptions, process refunds, or guarantee merchant responses. All actions are member-approved requests; the merchant makes the final decision.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to connect any mailbox or payment method you use with SubReceipt.
Member referrals
Paid members may share their personal referral link. Referral rewards are limited to one free second-year renewal and one $9.90 voice cancellation credit per paid member account. Abuse or gaming of the referral system may result in reward forfeiture.
Payment terms
Annual membership is $19.90/year. Voice cancellation add-on is $9.90 per call. Prices are in USD. Refunds are handled according to merchant policy for the specific subscription.
Limitation of liability
SubReceipt is provided "as is". We are not liable for merchant decisions, third-party service changes, or damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
