Information we collect
SubReceipt collects the email address, name, and payment information you provide during registration. When you authorize a mailbox, SubReceipt accesses billing and subscription receipt messages only. We also collect standard server logs and analytics data.
How we use your information
SubReceipt uses your information to provide your member dashboard, scan authorized mailboxes for subscription receipts, process approved cancellation and refund requests, send renewal alerts, and improve the service. SubReceipt does not read, store, or process non-billing email.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate SubReceipt, comply with law, prevent harm, or complete an action you request. We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes and our legal obligations.
Your choices
You can disconnect mailbox access at any time from your member settings. You can request account deletion by contacting support@subreceipt.test. Analytics collection can be disabled through your browser.
